イタリアの日常, 食べる カーニバルの時期に食べるナポリのお菓子 02/25/2019 / 3 Comments カトリックの国であるイタリアではカーニバルというお祭りがあります。その時期に食べられるお菓子はフライにしたものが伝統的でイタリア全土で作られます。ここで紹介するのはナポリの揚げ菓子キアッキェレとチョコレート、サングイナッチョ。地域によってはブジエとかフラッペと呼ばれるこの揚げ菓子は、ナポリではサングイナッチョと呼ばれるチョコレートベースのクリームにつけて食べられます。つい最近までこのサングイナッチョ、新鮮な豚の血を混ぜて作られてたらしいです。

(and don’t mind if I steal it? :P) I just launched my small businesses site –also built in wordpress like yours– but the theme slows (!) the site down quite a bit.
